How To Cancel A Service From Your Clientzone

Select Services > My services


Select the service you wish to cancel


Then you will be redirected to the Actions page where you can click on "Request Cancellation"


Please fill in the form "Briefly Describe your reason for Cancellation"
Cancellation Type > you can select Immediate or End of Billing Period

** NB If you select End of Billing Period and there is an outstanding invoice for that service the product will be deleted immediately.
So if you wish to cancel at End of Billing Period please ensure the outstanding invoices are settled before you request the cancellation.
